My last oil services with this place they only added 5 qts of engine oil. I'm sure it was a slight human error that shouldn't occur again. I assume they actually did the coolant flush this time

The service department did not correct the issues and their solution was to replace parts and charge for the work. Instead of bringing the issue to the manufacturer, they just wanted to guess and charge.
