Second pleasant experience at BMW of Manhattan Service Department. Scheduled oil/filter change, new windshield wipers, and rudimentary check list. Staff on my visit- Friendly, Polite, Caring, Five Star customer service by appointment greeting staff, by my assigned service manager, reception desk staff. Complimentary coffee bar, clean restrooms.
