If I could give it zero stars I would. It took 4 hrs for them to tell me the rim was cracked and the insurance only wants to send a replacement and not pay the dealer for a new one. The service advisor was great and it's not his fault I had to wait so long but it doesn't take 4 hours to inspect a rim to see it's cracked. Also when I dropped my car off the valet who moved my car unplugged my dash cam and didn't plug it back in. Why would you touch something that doesn't belong to you.
