I had been inquiring about a Toyota highlander and was communicating via email with Isaac. I made it very clear to him what my budget and price range was and he said we were close and he was sure we could work something out. I wanted to know that there was room for negotiation before I made the 45 minute drive out to see the car. So I drove out to see the car and test drive it And only then did they informed me that they cannot budge on the price. It felt very much like a bait and switch situation- Telling me one thing through email to get me out there and then once I am there, telling me something different. It was very disappointing and a waste of my time. Isaac was very nice and I like the car but do not appreciate being treated that way.
