AJ responded within a couple of minutes of my email. Because of the distance Id be traveling, he shot a detailed close up video of the vehicle and pointed out any flaw that was noticeable. Started the engine and viewed the motor acceleration and all. Once I got there they were waiting for me and within a timely manner on was in my way home with my vehicle. Excellent job

I didn't like anything about this establishment. Walking into the dealership, I already had the feeling that it was going to go downhill. It's the fact that nobody was working, and everybody was on their phones. The customer service is poor and it's something they need to work on. When I asked to see the car, Issac was on his phone the whole entire time while I was checking out the car. It's when it took over 30 mins just to see what the numbers were going to be like just to tell me that they were going to call me the next day because "the bank close at 2:30pm" when I would've respected them more to say we cannot service you instead of wasting my time that I cannot get back. When filling out the application, Issac was watching a movie. It's just like come on now! It was ridiculous and I wouldn't ever go back again.

We agree that inflation and prices are out of control. Every store in the country is dealing with price increases from groceries to chicken coops. We are paying much more for cars then we ever used too. This is the same for every retail store across the country. Everyone can tell you the prices have gone up but the profit margins have come down. We are doing our best to keep things affordable and keep product on our lot. Unfortunately this is were we are now, hopefully things get better soon. I hope you can find some kindness and remove this inflammatory review. It not only effects Auto Showcase but all the employees and their families. Thank you for reading.
