these guys have their act together for customer service at least mon-fri. the weekend is a tossup as the staff is different than the weekday staff where customer service is their number 1 priority, at least from my perspective. my advice is don't take your Audi to the other dealer in the area use these guys. they fix what is wrong and don't mess with you on things you don't need. They are number one for my Audi Q7

Their prices are outrageous. They charged $250 to tell me what was wrong (which I had already told them) and they wanted another $500 to do the repair plus it was going to take several days to get the parts. I took my car down the street and it was repaired for $350.

Price was $1140 for a front wheel bearing replacement. Then they charged an extra $250 to diagnose? I thought the diagnosis was included if you repaired at their shop. I guess not... I took it Midas on the same morning and got a better price for the same quality of service ($750). Come on, its a bearing for gosh sakes!

Very bad experience. The sales agent Ritos sold us a Tesla with many issues. We went in to return and his manager said there is no return and it was our fault we were not aware of these things. Things such as back seat didn't recline neither did the middle seat and wheel bearing was bad. All the repairs would have totaled 7K. I would definitely never go back here or recommend this dealer.

The receptionist wasnt the best. Didnt seem to know how the service department worked. It took a couple of calls to service to get them to answer. Receptionist earned low score.
Otherwise I think the mechanics did a good job replacing battery. Car was cleaned too.

When I called for my appointment I told them what was wrong with my car.
When I arrived I also told the guy what was wrong with my car. It took them 2 hours to come and tell me what was wrong with my car and it was exactly what I told them was wrong. They couldn't get the parts until the next day. The cost of the service was excessive. I did appreciate the shuttle service.

A great experience. The service advisers genuinely try to please the customer. You can tell there has been a concerted effort to raise their game on the customer service side and The result looks good. The mechanics know Audis and have access to all of the manufacturer's service bulletins, etc. The retail price for parts and labor is expensive but value is provided overall.

Most of it was very good except for fixing rear hatch opener. It is supposed to be able to be opened via waving foot below back bumper but rarely works. It was explained that the trailer hitch gets in the way??? So what, it is supposed to work with trailer hitch. No attempt was made to fix it.
