They ordered the wrong part. The correct part was backordered. Had to have original part refurbished. Car was there a couple of days. Didn't get a call when car was done. Had to call.

They lied to me about how they"couldn't register my NJ tags and transfer too car because NJDMV had too long of a backlog. Another NY state dealer had no problem. Also they offered me a ridiculously low trade in for my current car. I know because 2 other dealers offered me over $2,000 more!

Not even a call back after complaint. Since car is still new, service takes advantage of doing minimal and getting away with it. Car is top notch. Audi makes a excellent vehicle. Dealership service . Had to go back twice to fix the same issue only to find out it's still not resolved. Maybe third time will be a charm. They never have loaners available so I'm always a week without a car and searching for rides from friends and co-workers. Once this is resolved I'm done with them.

I have problems with Car Play and, although not a "service", they sent out a salesperson to help try and resolve my problem. He gave a valiant try, was unsuccessful, but was amazing to even try!
