Staff were kind, responsive and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle repair including a video of the repair in progress along with additional narrative regarding a suggested repair and maintenance related to front brake replacement. No pressure was applied to have the brake repair done that day. Since this was a recall repair, they provided round-trip shared ride service which was an added plus.

Although very dirty, the loaner car provided was nice. It took about 3 months to get an appointment with an available loaner car. The primary purpose of my visit was to resolve a software problem and this was not resolved. Other work performed was good.

Charged me $1500 plus for a very brief service they changed the synthetic oil and replaced a filter. They did preform visual check of the auto and found no repairs needed. Call back to speak to service manager whom never answered the phone nor returned my call. $1500 plus for a very brief stay at the dealership very disappointed expect better from a life long Audi customer

3 days after the complete brake change (rotors and pads), we heard a loud crunch and several dashboard brake lights went on warning that they needed to be changed. It took over a week to get a loaner car so the dealership could check the car which ended up being a disconnected sensor. Not a big deal but troublesome to travel back and forth to the dealer several times, when we live 15 miles or so from them, especially with traffic.

The sales person was friendly and helpful. The experience when arriving at the dealership was subpar - greeted rudely by being told to move my car, then, even while walking around was never spoken to by anyone. Later followed up with by my sales associate who then explained that we are required to come inside for assistance.

I was there for routine maintenance. Chance was the representative that assisted me and he did a good job. The biggest problem I had was pricing. The quote I was given when I dropped my car off was less than what they charged me when I picked it up. The first quote didnt include taxes and shop fees. I think they should let you know that additional fees arent included in the price quote.

There was an initial question about coverage which they resolved and kept things on track. This experience has me considering adding another Audi instead of another BMW.
