Service was great although it was very busy. K. C. kept me updates along the way. They performed the service I requested and provided me the recommendation for me to consider. Service team had some difficulty getting the video initially, but it worked eventually.

Great to work with Jeffery Woo, my service advisor, he is very knowledgeable. He explained all the answers for my issues in detail. 50 years ago, I worked as a mechanic and then a assistant Service Manager at a Ford dealership, so I do recognize and appreciate the skill level of Jeffery and the other employees at the dealership.The next car I purchase will again be at Audi Marietta!

Went in for routine oil change however during the inspection they came up with two major repairs that were "completed" a year ago that were charged for and paid for. It was for engine mounts & transmission seal replacement due to leaking! Apparently these repairs were never done! Not ethical, not cool!

Car wasn't washed rear camera was supposed to have been updated. Very disappointing. Lots of mechanic's grease marks on the drivers door and other parts of the vehicle. Very disappointing. Future service elsewhere.
