Service manager refuses to take any responsibility for actions done by their shop. I wouldnt service here. Heck, I wouldnt even buy a keychain here and trust it. This dealership needs quality people to stand behind a quality product and thats not at Aristocrat.

Aristocrat Motors employs a fine group of experts. Ive always been treated very well and service is top notch for my Mercedes B250e. From the service advisor Donnie Hicks, the shop manager TJ to the Service Manager, they have been very helpful when handling my service needs. I highly recommend.

Car sat at the dealership for 2 1/2 weeks over a starter issue even though it was reported as the problem the 1st day. No sense of urgency! Very disappointing. Well below expectations. To make matters worse, I was traveling. once they turned their attention to the starter, car was done in a day? in the meantime, Im in a rental at my expense; wouldnt even put me in a loaner. Thumbs down on this Jaguar dealership!

My service consultant Joe Sauceda listened to my concerns and within 20 min the service was completed. The cost of the service was less than originally quoted and Joe asked that I contact him personally with any questions or concerns about my ML350. I left very satisfied that I was valued as a customer and treated fairly. Highly recommend Aristocrat for service.
