They did a good job with the service and they were fair. I had some issues with the warranty company not wanting to honor the service which led to some back and forth. They had the car a long time, but they delivered to me 100 plus miles away when it was ready, so that was helpful. I would recommend with caveats.

This is the best Mercedes Benz service department in the midwest. Every time I bring my car for service, it drives out of there feeling like new. The always clean the cars. It really feels like royalty treatment! I highly recommend this place. Donnie Hicks is the best!

Drove all the way from Topeka for a recall, just to be told they did not have the part when I got there. They needed to look at it, after about two hours, I was told that it didn't need anything. Now the recalled part is loose and rattles while I'm driving. Good new, my service writer fixed my key fob for free. I think??
