They start work on my truck at the appointment time. No waiting around. Out of there fast. Previously, I was traveling and changed my own oil at 5K. I do wonder if the drain plug is torqued to 20 ft/lb because it took waaaaay more than that to loosen. That's the closest I can find to a negative.

The online scheduling process is miserable. While scheduling online I noted several items needed, but upon dropping off the vehicle was told several of the requested services could not be done and I would have to schedule a second appointment. A waste of the customer's time. Not happy.

They listened to all of my concerns with my car and checked each thing. We discussed tire rotation and I said they should rotate if they felt it was necessary.
