I had an appointment and waited there for my vehicle which was serviced for oil change and tire rotation. I was asked if I wanted to get it washed and vacuum and I said yes. But it was not done and I'm not sure why but I do know I waited more than an hour.

Friendly customer svc reps. Follow up when they say they will. Purchased extended warranty from dealership was honored. If they don't know an answer to one of my many questions, they find someone who can instead of "asking me. Like that they do free check-up of all systems after any service work.

Friendly staff. Not happy about waiting over an hour for an oil change/tire rotation with an appointment or about paying $25 to get my tires rotated from the same dealership I purchased said tires from. This location also tries to bribe you with a free tank of gas in exchange for a 5 star review.

Got there at 7:30 and out by 9:30 with no appointment. Had requested service done plus break line flush. I appreciate the comprehensive overall systems check that was done. We drive with more confidence because our car was evaluated.
The Service Advisor was very courteous. All of our car's service is done at Allen.

what I liked was our service adviser Dalton Grasmick, very knowledgeable and respectful. informed us on what our Honda pilot needed on its Maintenace and kept us updated. The mechanic who was doing the Maintenace sent us a video on everything he checked on our Honda which was awesome.

Very nice and welcome waiting area. Waited 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation but did not get any updates. Was supposed to email me info on replacing tire sensor but never received one. Car wash was broken also. Still, I trust this shop and would use again. Everyone was very friendly.

The shuttle was full had to wait for them to come back. Im surprised that they only had one. I will need to take it back in, they didn't add windshield washing fluid. They couldn't wash the car as the car wash broke just an hour before they completed my car

I've been bringing my car to Allen Honda since 2017 and their service is top notch. Free carwash is a plus after every service. Alex always takes care of my car. They have actually have alot of deals going on this month of March like lifetime warranty on batteries and 50% off purchase of 4 tires.

I bought this vehicle from West Side Chevrolet, and they totally fleeced me. It has a bunch of issues. Alan Honda gave me clear explanation of the issues, got as many as possible covered by warranty, and did the work within a work day, as this is my only vehicle, while I was at work.

Took way too long for what had been told to me. Seems llike no one was doing anything until I followed up in the afternoon after dropping it off at 7:30AM. Was one of the last ones to be checked out. Discount was not figured correctly - but was subsequently corrected. Not the best experience.

Took vehicle in for oil change. Brought vehicle home afterwards. The next morning there was a small puddle of oil in the driveway. Vehicle had no previous leaks. Climbed under vehicle and found drain plug was freely spinning by hand and had not been tightened. Tightened ourselves and no further leaks. Lucky drain plug did not spin completely free and drain engine oil completely.
