I"m being generous. I liked how my car was ready the same day. I took it in for a transmission flush and a recall repair. The recall service was not performed since they ran out of the replacement part. When I arrived to pick up my car, I heard a scraping, dragging sound when they drove my car up. The cover under my car was dragging on the floor. None of the screws had been put back in to hold the cover in place. The mechanic had already left and the shop closed, so I had to wait for them to put a temporary fix. How does this happen?

We had a very concerning experience with Al Packer Ford/Lincoln involving our 2025 Lincoln Navigator Black Label.
CARFAX indicates that a pre-delivery inspection was completed; however, shortly after delivery we discovered serious safety and quality issues, including:
The passenger-side airbag indicator showing "off"
Significant front-end misalignment and body fit concerns
Missing accessories that were supposed to be included with the vehicle (headsets, remotes, and scent cartridges), which were later provided in opened packaging
A Lincoln technician who came to our home for a third-row seat recall expressed concern that the recall appeared to have been completed prior to our ownership and advised that the vehicle needed immediate service due to the airbag and alignment concerns.
When we brought the vehicle in, the dealership kept it for 28 days, including time in the body shop for misalignment correction and airbag system reset. Despite this, the service invoice stated they "could not duplicate" the airbag issue, even though a service advisor had personally verified that the passenger airbag was not functioning properly.
We have since experienced additional problems, including an intermittent passenger-side running board failure. Although we provided video documentation, we were told the vehicle would be turned away unless the issue could be duplicated on-site.
This vehicle has been in the shop multiple times within the first 2,000 miles, and we have been consistently disappointed by the lack of transparency and responsiveness.
Given the seriousness of the safety concerns and the way these issues were handled, we would advise other customers to proceed with caution when dealing with this dealership
