Took all week to get back to me. I contacted Al Parker Ford several times before they finally sent mechanical inspection and video. Car needed major work done on it and they were not forthcoming with the information. Chris the sales guy was lying through his teeth about this car. Just a complete jerk to deal with. Im out of state and they didnt want to deal with out of state buyer. I would nor recommend this dealership to anyone!

Service was not great. There is a new system since my last visit. I was given the run around just to get checked in. When I finally got assistance, I was met with attitude. I did not receive a quote for my service prior to starting the work. When the work was finished, the price I was quoted over the phone weeks earlier was not what I was charged. The amount was double what was expected. Not pleased with the service at all.

Not only did I have to wait 3 plus hours to fix the tire, they gave me the car back dirty. Greece all over the interior. Was about to get in and the guy goes wait let me clean that, but he didn't get everything Greece was all over the side of my door , speaker and steering wheel.
