I always have a good experience there they do great work. It was a lot longer waiting time due to the lack of employees. Not their fault. Everyone was out with covid. I have tried the other Ford dealerships and the area. I always go back to Al Packer on Military.

I was told that what ever is in the carfax doesnt matter. I believed the fax and not the dealer. There's supposed to be a spare tire. I was told the fax was wrong. The car has problems that were hidden from me. Bad sharks. Now I'm stuck dealing with dishonest people in west palm beach 45 minutes from my home. I believed that fax. What's wrong here? Brought car in for an oil leak maybe a month earlier. (Oil pan gasket). Still a leak. Brought back a second time where they put dye in the oil after repairing. Still a leak. The third time they found the rear main leaking and I'm not sure if there's still a leak as I just picked it up a few days ago.

They did a great job on my truck. Oil change, tires rotated, washed it, and also installed my new bug/rock guard on my hood. They are very nice to me and professional. The waiting area over on the Lincoln side of the dealership is comfortable. They asked if I needed a ride anywhere but I chose to stay and wait.

We had our car services at Quick Lane. The team did a great job. The car was cleaner than when we dropped it off and they even rotated our tires. The service advisor, Caroline, was very professional and explained all the work to be done on the car. What a great dealership experience.

Excellent service. Great value on their 12 pt. service and oil change. It was only $46, my SUV uses extra oil. They also rotated my tires and patched a tire from the inside. It had a slow leak. They also changed out the cabin air filter, which was black.
They were honest and didn't try to load me up with unnecessary repairs. They were prompt and courteous.
I consider them the best in West Palm Beach for service of Ford and Lincolns.

They fixed what another dealership, in Oakland park, messed up but still didn't solve the problem. I ended up having to rent a truck to tow my trailer home and then drive it back and nurse my truck, home, to have a real mechanic fix it. Between the two dealerships, I spent over $2400, and never fixed the problem. Will never go to a dealership again, unless it's for warranty.

It initially wasn't that good after the service advisor neglected to tell me about the issues that my vehicle had; one of my tires had a puncture in it! There were other items that were stated as being "recommended, but denied" which was a lie! The service manager straightened it out for me.

My experience at Al Packer was the worst i have ever had. I picked up my car the dashboard was not correctly put back together. The customer service was poor once i seen something else was wrong with my car they did not want to fix what the had broken. Once i ask for a manager they made me wait 3hours to tell me a cost of the damages they have done. I was so upset and left there unhappy. Only waiting my time.

The customer rep frequently tries to deliver good service. Unfortunately, the service department team lack attention to detail.
Went for an oil change, trunk issue, brakes issue, and they didn't even put the sticker on the windshield for the next oil change. Left the battery door in the trunk (hybrid) open, and didn't even wash the car on the outside or detailed (standard service, supposedly).

The vehicle was repaired but communications are very poor. My key fob was damaged and it took several days to get it replaced. Signs from the sides of the vehicle came off in the car wash and were not recovered for days (I should have removed them myself) but really ... what is happening to customer service ??

It was disappointing to find out that I not only needed brakes but my rotors were shot. I feel that the dealer who has been servicing my car for the last 15k-20k miles could have seen that coming at my last service call. I had them as my best service, but now will need to find someone trustworthy.
