Our 2019 Ascent experienced major engine failure at about 58K miles(!) - not inspiring confidence in the brand, but the dealership was excellent to work with. Service reps Coley & JT kept me apprised regularly as this repair took over a month to complete. Received the car back with thorough explanation of work that was done. Car seems to be running as expected with no further issues.

When I arrived 20 minutes early Shae was their to greet me and answer any questions I had. I was there for a little over an hour. Shae showed me 2 filters that had to be changed. The car checked out fine. I had a $10.00 coupon for a $200.00 bill. I thought the coupon should have been $20.00.

Got the car in and loaner picked up in record time. Got back the same day with the problem and cost to fix. Also the cost to take care of another problem before it became twice as expensive. Only one suggestion: First call when car is done, leave a message if necessary, then text.

They responded quickly. They drove 30 miles to me to take it back to the service center and left me a courtesy car to drive in the meantime. Excellent service. Very polite and courteous. The car was fixed in a day. I felt like their best customer the entire time. I rate these guys top notch.

Everything was good except for the maintenance inspection. I was told my battery was fine. 3 days later, it was dead and I was stranded in a parking lot. AAA tech told me the battery was at 2%. Obviously it was never checked while I was there. Very disappointed.

I am a long time customer. The service is great, they provide a loner as needed. My car was there for a 30,000 mile service. They did a thorough check of the car and determined that I also needed tires. They recommended the tires that would work best and ordered them. I had my car back the following afternoon.

Brought vehicle back in due to vibration after new tires put on. They stated it was from a bent rim. They could not explain why they put on my new tire on a bent rim. Service manager on vacation and when they had someone call me about how my service was and I explained what happened they said they would have the service manager call me. Never received call.

They got the car done on time and gave recommendations for new tires. The only downside was a clean car on the outside, but they didn't vacuum it out on the inside. Never been to a dealer that just washed the car and didn't at least vacuum it somewhat.

I was on my way home when I noted on my odometer that I had 15000 + as I passed Adventure Subaru. I had not made a service appointment but stopped in anyway. T was greeted cheerfully and respectfully even though it was just after 3:oo PM. They signed me in, my Forester disappeared for about 45 minutes and the required 15K service comp;eted and car was washed too. I will likely replace my 2022 Forester in 2025 at adventure Subaru

Every time I bring my car in I walk out in a happy mood. The staff is very friendly, attentive, courteous. No appointment? No problem. Waiting is a relaxed experience: refreshments, snacks, and clean restrooms. Even the t-paper is of quality. Shae was very nice and attentive making sure we were well taken care of, however, the loose heatshield that the tech supposedly fixed is not fixed. It is still rattling and driving me crazy. I was charged $25 to tighten, so I really hope Subaru will fix it correctly and refund my money since it costs me $28 in fuel and mileage every time I make the trip to Adventure Subaru.
