They were very responsive. I appreciate that. However after I communicated that I was now looking at a different model, they continued to contact me about the same vehicle. Not great attention to detail there. Their representatives were nice and I don't expect I would have had a bad experience. I did unsubscribe from their emails.

Service was good and Adair was great. Lowered the rating because the car was not completed when promised, which means it had to stay overnight, and as a result created some logistical issues in my retrieval of the vehicle. That said, I do appreciate that they kept it in an abundance of care (to ensure the issues were fixed).

I love this place! They do a great job on repairs, and Bailey, my account manager, always gets me a good deal. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful, and very professional. I've been going there for the last 10 years, and its always the best deal. I would recommend them very highly.

I had a warranty repair service for some molding. I could not arrive until after 11am and had to leave by 1pm for an important appointment on the day I scheduled the service.
Hector (service advisor) worked with Ed (Technician) to confirm the appointment and they both made sure the work was completed faster than I expected.

The mirror of the vehicle was broken and I was not informed that replacement had been ordered and the service department blamed me of breaking the mirror. Item that were not on the vehicle were added to my contract. I had to go back to dealership to request a payment back.

The service is always very good, I just felt that two hours time (when I had a 9am appointment) to reprogram my second key fob was way too long. Nothing else needed to be done other than slipping on a back windshield wiper. I can't do a drop off because I don't live close by.

Bailey was very helpful and returned my calls right away. He had me call his direct number as well. I did have a service due, replacing brake fluid, that I wish I had known about ahead of time because I wouldve had them do it but Ill do it the next time.

When I got to the dealer, the person who was supposed to be there to meet me wasn't.
After waiting... someone came out and asked me about the car... (waited...) the car was brought up after they "found" it... and then I was told to take it out, on my own. No demo, no one to answer questions, no freeway drive... NOTHING. This is probably not the way I will go. Very, very poor customer service.
