I was in for a recall/extended warranty for the torque converter on my 2017 RDX. First, I was never alerted that the part had arrived, so I called to check on the part. Then, when I picked up ny car, the transmission was jumping, or hard shifting into gear. Had to take it back. Then it was fixed in 15 minutes, it's almost as though they didn't test drive the car after they changed the torque converter. Not recommending cause they are ALWAYS much more expensive than other service options. I will only go back to Acura Westside when I have to.

Customer service is always great at this location. However I did not receive the complimentary car wash and my passenger headlight is foamy or misty like on the inside still after the service visit.

The recall appointment was on their books for over a week for a one-day fix. However they discovered they didn't have the part after I left the car. I had to leave the car overnight. I was surprised at that organizational hiccup.
