The Acura Westside is very conveniently located, the service was efficient. The waiting area in the showroom has tables & chairs so I could've worked in my laptop. Service advisor explained all the work that had been done, and next recommended service. Everyone was friendly & helpful.

This visit was not as good as the previous ones have been. I brought my car in for a two hour service to replace a puddle lamp on my driver side mirror. I got a text 2 hours later that the job was going to take longer only "because the agent assigned to my car was taken off to help other clients." I was given a client loaner at 4 or 430 Friday evening. After waiting all day for mine. My frustration is not the wait but the reason for the wait. Jacqui, as always was good. I was contacted the next afternoon telling me my car was ready. When I arrived it was ready all work performed. I do wish it could have been washed, but, alas, there was not time for that either.
