Excellent - I've been living in the Chapel Hill area for years and cannot believe I have never found this shop. Friendly staff, great, competent service. I won't be taking my Mercedes-Benz anywhere else moving forward. They quickly diagnosed my issues and recommended the appropriate fixes without trying to up-sell me. The transmission fix they performed solved an issue that numerous mechanics have mis-diagnosed in the past. Thank you, A Better Wrench.

ABW is great!!- and always honest-they perform only what is necessary and if they inspect your vehicle and they find a problem, they will give you a fair price to fix it and they will do the job right, and not tell you a job is needed, when it is not needed, like most dealerships-which is a greedy way to run a car repair shop, but, they do it due to a very high overhead. But, you can't go wrong with ABW and they will sell you a used Mercedes, that they service, and help you with you a loaner.
