These people are amazing. I'm so glad I found them. They are an independent shop that mostly works on MB. Really know what they're doing and have all the necessary MB specialty equipment. Most importantly, they have a much better customer experience than MB dealers, fair prices and they actually care!

The customer centered service at ABW is what's kept my business over a number of various cars, for about 30 years. On this occasion, the shop was really busy, yet the car needed attention without having to return, and so Max worked it in and had the car fixed while I waited, for which I'm very grateful.

Great experience! I was driving south from nyc to Georgia when my car started misfiring. Not only they immediately accommodated me in their busy schedule but also repaired my car within an hour for very low fee. It was almost 50% of what I would have paid at any service Center. Strongly recommended.

I own 2 MBs. I've always gotten great service. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about MBs. Never attempt to upsell me. They have always taken the time to explain what needs to be done to keep my vehicles in proper order! Highly recommend! Great for older MBs as dealers won't work on them.

My car wouldn't start and ABW came to help. Tim, with ABW, not only attempted to jump start my battery and discussed the possibility the problem could be the starter or alternator.
After readying my car to be towed, Tim tried the Ignition one more time and my car started. Great great service!!

A Better Wrench/ABW Imports did a great job with my car. It took more time than I would have preferred to acquire the correct part from Mercedes, which was out of their control, but they diagnosed and correctly fixed the issue for a reasonable fee. Their staff is very polite and helpful, and I can recommend their business wholeheartedly.

I called about my needed repair and they gave me a window of time to bring it in. I did not wait long. They addressed the issues and ordered the necessary part. They are to call when the part comes in so I can take the car back to complet the work.
