“They did a great job, cleaning the car in and out after the service. I came in for a system demanded service and they couldn't tell me which service it was so they guessed. Once they did the other inspection to see if anything else needs to be done they said before Christmas I need to replace both back tires which I bought the car in November this past year and it was not driven for three months because Mercedes didn't have parts to get it on the road and they tell me that one of the tires that they had replaced when I bought the car from them. It was coming off a lease and they had replaced. It needs to be replaced. I'm like I don't know. It seems shady to me. Otherwise service was done well.”

“I think most would say buying a new car is never a fun experience. It is often filled with anxiety and stress. That was NOT THE CASE at Medway imports. Though I was unfortunately unable to make a deal, I found them to be honest, respectful, straightforward and the process was as transparent.
