Service appointment to replace front brakes and a couple of recall items went flawlessly. The service advisor met me promptly at 7, we went over the work order and they had me in my daily rental by 7:30. They called when the service work was complete and I had my Maverick back at the end of the day as promised.

Service was performed well. However, I had an appointment for a simple oil change and I stated at the time I made the appointment that I'd be waiting for the vehicle. It took almost 2 hours to complete the service, almost 90 minutes after it was taken into the garage. We routinely use Gervais for all of our routine maintenance. From now on I'll plan to leave my vehicle.

I had a scheduled appointment (Aug 4) for a software recall. When I arrived, I was told that the recall had been put on hold a week prior (Jul 23rd). I would have appreciated a heads up phone call, so I didn't have to drive there and plan for a work from home day.

I was met by the service advisor within 3 minutes of arrival, my service appointment was on time, all services performed and reviewed and I had my truck back in under 1 hour which was the anticipated delivery schedule. The team at Gervais has always performed well and has done all of the service work on my Maverick.

I just needed a couple of tires. Two were close to wear limits, and one had a flat. Not much point in paying to fix the flat. At first they didn't make me feel confident we were going to get new tires on promptly. And, my spare was over 21 years old! So I felt a little urgency. However, although it wasn't same day (had to get the tires in), they did take care of things the next day, and the mechanic was a star.
