“My overall experience was okay, but I feel the pricing could be more transparent. It was not very clear upfront how the final cost was being calculated, and I had to ask more questions to understand the charges.
I also noticed that some spare parts were much more expensive at the store compared to online prices for the same or similar parts. I understand there may be service and handling costs, but the price difference felt high.
The service itself was fine, but clearer pricing and more reasonable parts pricing would make the experience much better.”
