El Cajon Ford mobile repair/maintenance service, was not only very convenient, but the quality of service was the same as dropping vehicle off for repair/maintenance. The mobile service tech. explained nature of service and time expected for repair (also arriving on time was a plus). I would have expected nothing less but stellar service from El Cajon Ford, as that is the type of service they have always provided.

I didn't like that the service admin had an issue with someone who worked in the bay, had an issue with accessing something in the computer system, and the few people in the waiting area had to hear the belittling confrontation and was not pleasent. Should have been a little more supportive.

The mechanic I had a scheduled maintenance appointment with was just about to go to lunch, but he stayed and got me all checked in. I was given a courtesy right to my nearby home, and back. The mechanic discovered that my cabin air filter was needing to be replaced, and called me to get approval to change it, and I know it really was time for that. I appreciated his attention to detail and the good customer service.
