“I think Dexter was good with making sure I walked away in a car. I appreciate that part. I gave them 3 stars because before I ever drove my car off the lot something was going on with the brakes. I left it there from Saturday to almost closing on Monday thinking that they would get it fixed. When I picked my car up I only drove it about 3 maybe 4 times in the 2 weeks I had it. The day I drove it the longest I noticed the brakes are squeaking and my air wasn't working so I had to take it back.. My air is still iffy, but is working better but my brakes are still squeaking literally every time I have to brake. The used car service manager said they might be new and need to be broken in but she would look into it. I dropped my car off on a Friday did not get it back until Tuesday. My brakes was still squeaking so I called and left a message for Tiffany. Still no call back.. Long story short no new brakes is still sounding like this weeks later. I have called several times leaving messages and voicemails to this day I haven't heard back from any one. Not Tiffany in service nor anybody else in management for that matter. Not saying it's a bad place. My experience just so happen not be the best.”
