“Fox Chrysler performed the service as requested. The Service person that I worked with (Adrian) was very helpful and did an excellent job communicating with me, keeping me abreast of the status of my vehicle which ultimately enabled me to go to work on the day of the oil change and tire rotation. The one point of criticism for the dealer itself is that they have a sign by the service entry door that suggests that they have a quick oil change option and when I called to book the oil change the earliest appointment available was weeks out. Otherwise this dealer is very good in terms of offering service to my Alfa Romeo Tonale that other local service centers will not entertain.”

She never minimizes what I'm saying and has all the issues completed in a timely manner. I never have to take it back to have any of their work corrected. It's done right the first time. Kenny (the rental car advisor, but now a service advisor) was on the ball with a truck ready to go for me. Lena, Kenny and even Rob (another service advisor) are the friendliest people. I will never take my Blazer in to another dealership for service. They have my business 100%”
