“I didn't realize I had missed a 30,000 mile check up so my oil change/ tire rotation turned into an $800 expense I didn't anticipate. I trust that is a "real" thing and they didn't see me coming! Not sure why I wasn't told about this earlier as I was well over 45,000miles by now. They did tell me it would be done in 1 and 1/2 hours which it was as I had a time constraint. That part was great and the initial quote was $900+ so I was happy with $800! I'm still not sure it was necessary and what they actually did, but it's over and done with and I'll be back!”
