Very costly, very little explanation of service done and what the car went in for was NOT corrected and when I sent a note regarding my dissatisfaction; again no contact made. Sad as we have purchased several cars from this dealership over the years and planned on purchasing one in '26. Not now.

Exeter Volvo is an extremely efficient AND professional dealership! I have purchased 2 vehicles (2019/2023), and am pleased to admit Exeter's service is the best I have ever encountered. Since I enjoy a new vehicle very few years, my opinion is based upon several decades of automobile purchases / dealership service.

I have hated going to the dealership for any car in the past. I have always felt that I have been treated like a dumb consumer that had no idea about their car. At Volvo of Exeter, they you what is wrong without the upsell and leave it up to you if you want to deal with it now for have someone else do the work. I will definitely bring my vehicle back and if I was looking to buy, I would start here first.

I made a mistake while booking my appointment and they were so accommodating when I called the day of my appointment to see if I could come in a bit earlier. They also offered to do my inspection at the same time as my regular maintenance so I didn't have to come back which was great! What I wasn't expecting was for them to refill my windshield washer fluid and wash my car. It was really a great experience.

We arrived for the 30K checkup on time and the service was done in a couple of hours while our loaner car allowed us to do a few local errands. The service manager was very friendly and everything went as planned, very smoothly. No complaints whatsoever and we would certainly recommend Exeter Volvo to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
