“We had to go to this service right after purchasing the car at their dealer, was because the mileage exceeded the sales document by over a hundred miles, and the test driving time. We were afraid the odometer is having problem. It was more disappointing that at the service appointment date, we drove one hour and half to the service shop to check this problem, but was told they cannot work on this car at that day. At this point, we had to make another trip. And they knew we live far away. The service seems fine. They told us the odometer has no problem. It was their paperwork mistake. But to us, it was an extreme frustrating experience. Not only costed so much time, so much frustration, as well as added so many more miles to this newly purchased car for their so called mistakes.”
