“A known service bulletin is out for a radiator hose leak. Asked this to be taken care of during the routine oil change. Was told no to leak, so GM won't fix. One week later, it leaked, requiring an extra trip to the dealership. This is on GM, not the dealership. $50k car, and GM doesn't really show signs of truly taking care of its customers.”
