Having your car for a couple weeks and coming in to fix a flat tire and then finding out you need to get all these things done like spark plugs sensors and fluids is very frustrating. That should've been done before the car sale. Certified pre owned, 200 point inspection... What's up with that

In addition to getting my oil change done he also noticed the battery on may key fob being weak, and he replaced the battery at no additional cost. The service I received on the day was way above my expectations. Thanks to Eddie and the whole Larry Miller team. This is the reason why I return to Lakewood although I live 40 mins away

Basic service,they were not pushy about optional service. The time taken was reasonable and they also did a couple of small things to help me out. Typically I would not expect this stuff at no charge but very simple stuff, almost zero time but I'm a long term customer.

Not good customer service and overpriced. I also got oil change from them last time and they had this thing that said we will do your oil change in an hour or it's free three hours later when the oil change was finished and I still had to pay for it. I would not recommend them.

I had an appointment for replacing driving lights only and they performed an oil change, (without my approval), had just had the oil changed a couple months ago. They took that off my bill but still charged me for the recycling of the oil. I wasn't at all happy with them!
