“I was in on 12/23 for oil change and tire check. New tires were ordered but only 2 came in and didn't know until late afternoon so the car was there all day. I made a subsequent appointment for 12/29 to have tires mounted and rotated. I would've assumed it would be relatively quick but my car was there all day again. I do appreciate having a loaner as otherwise I'd be stuck but I'm not sure why it took so long. Other than that everyone is always very courteous and professional and the work is done well so really no complaint. Just wondering if maybe your service gets trumped for those that weren't lucky enough to get a loaner.”
