Charged me $400 to look at it. Then quoted me $1600 for spark plugs. I went to autozone and changed the plugs in under 90 minutes. Very disappointed and confused. Won't be going back. When I went to pick up the van, that had no work done on it, they told me it wouldn't be ready for a few hours, even though it was sitting in the lot. Burned a whole day, gave them $400 and still had to to do the job myself.

I had 2 warranty issues repaired. The new gas tank and expansion chamber went just fine. I had to bring it back a second time for the door latches because some of the trim panels were not assembled correctly and two were broken. 2nd trip solved all the problems.

Didnt hand me a work order when I picked up car. Had to go back in and ask for one. When I mentioned an issue my daughters car was having them seemed dumb founded. The recall they did fixed it but two days later its doing it again. Ill take my gaughyera car to another shop.

Vehicle is a lemon!! Returned after battle with attorney and filing with the state. Service department never correctly diagnosed the real issue. Which could be a potential bent frame, car has been in an accident prior to purchase, it is missing on the car fax. Probably broken motor mount.

Ford Rodman lacks professionalism, customer service, and deceitful from Rebecca Souza to her manager. They had paid me pay for a rental and said would i would be reimbursed given the issue with my car was under warranty. I've left several message with Rebecca with no return calls. I spoke to her manager who seemed willing to get it straighten out but he too has not returned calls. I am still owed money from a rental. It's been 4 months. Do not buy or get service from Ford Rodman.
