“just purchased a Lexus RX from Jay's Used Cars yesterday. I have purchased dozens of vehicles in my lifetime, but I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had. First the car was immaculate. Low mileage, one owner and it has an extensive maintenance record, just the type of vehicle everyone is looking for.
Next the inspection/ test drive process was great. No pressure, Jay gave us the keys and allowed us to take our time. Since we were new to Lexus, Jay took the time explain the features and benefits of the vehicle. Then he encouraged us to take it for a test drive. He allowed us to go by ourselves and again take our time. Following the drive we knew this was the car for us.
Finally we were ready to sit down and go through the numbers. Jay was very transparent throughout the process. We considered financing options and he shared who his preferred lenders were and the rates they were currently offering. No markups, no games just straight forward numbers. Jay was also very fair with our trade in value. I had done some research prior to going to the dealership and Jay was very competitive on his offer.
Again, one of the best car buying experience of my life. I would give him six stars out of five. If you are in the market for one of his vehicle, I can't recommend him strongly enough. But you better hurry his cars go fast.”
