Truck had Oil Leak, Wore inside front tire, Dash (radio did not work, Steering wheel buttons controls were tore off, Driver seat was off frame, needed alignment, Transmission gears slipped. Had to get immediate oil pan and all that goes with it, new tire, alignment on and on...... Wasted Money. Time Consuming. Not a good experience.

It's not uncommon for used cars to have problems. I'm sorry that you developed problems after purchasing the vehicle.

After 2 calls to them asking about the van, and telling them I would be driving 140 miles from SOUTH CAROLINA, during BOTH calls, to see the van- I was told that they couldn't sell it to us because we were out of state, after we went there and spent half an hour checking the van out... one tire was almost flat, so only when he saw my driver's license right before we were going to test drive the vehicle, and he was going to inflate the tire, did he reveal that it had a "loss title", whatever THAT is, and it could only be sold in North Carolina....Not good!

It was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! These people are so very unprofessional!!! I contacted them about a vehicle that they had listed, & they informed on the phone that the AC didnt work (which) they didnt have included in the online ad. After speaking with them on 3 different occasions on the phone, I drove 2 hours to their location in Concord, NC. There are a couple of different dealerships on that same street, & I got confused, & had to go to the convenient store on the next corner to use the restroom & ask for directions. When I did arrive there, & pulled into their establishment, the vehicle I was there to purchase (cash in hand) was parked right in front, & I of course thought it was because I had informed the woman there that I was on my way. When I walked in, the 2 sales associates were both busy, & looked up from their desks & said Ill be right with you, is there something specific you wanted to look at?. I told them that I was the one who had called, & I was there to purchase the vehicle right out front, & they nonchalantly & in unison said its sold. I replied with Wait?What? I told you on the phone that I was on my way from Burlington, & that it would take me a while to get here. She then told me Okay, & I said I wouldnt let anyone test drive it for an hour & a half, its been 2 hours. I just sold it 10 minutes ago. I was ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS!!!! The worst part was that they had my number, & I had already told them I was going to purchase the vehicle, then could have picked up the phone & called me, & said Maam, we have someone here wanting to look at that vehicle, are you still coming? Or anything, would have been better than the way they treated me, & never said Im sorry or anything!!!! Ill NEVER go back there or recommend them to anyone!!! And, I ended up getting a much better car, WITH AC for the same price they were going to charge me. You know what they say about Karma!
