I did buy the 2019 Jeep Cherokee trailhawk, and I thought the price was good enough I didn't haggle the price. But after taking possession of it I noticed it didn't have a trailer plug. They would not give me one but would sell me one. So unfortunately just like most dealerships, once the sale is made they are done with you.

Tech completely missed the head gasket issue that was suspected when taken in earlier in the year. Threw thousands in parts at it at Tech's recommendation but last overtemp 3 days after leaving the dealer cracked the head & required repairs or engine replacement. Then missed a oil cooler leak on test drive which was repaired by Marlette Dodge due to severity of leak & price/time Tubbs wanted to fix it.

Sales representative was knowledgeable and pleasant. Closed the deal and had to ask them to wash the filth truck. Discovered that they only provided one key fob. Had to get gas 50 miles down the road. Two days later, oil change indicator light came on. I have purchased many automobiles from dealers and always a full tank of gas and a fresh oil change. No owners manual provided. $90 gas, $112 oil change, $69 fob, $92 fob programming, $96 owners manual. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.
