Didn't happen. I arrived for my appointment on time and waited in showroom for 2 HOURS with no communication from service manager. I went to service to get status. I was informed they hadn't even moved the vehicle into service bays and it would probably be another 45 minutes. This was for an oil change! So I had them bring my vehicle up and left. Not a SEWELL customer service experience

I had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change. I checked in a few minutes early and did not receive my car until 12:20 pm. This is totally unacceptable. I'm sure the actual oil change was fine. Therefore, I rated you two stars instead of one. I do not plan to return to Reliable Chevrolet for an oil change.

I waited a really long time for a radio to come in that would supposedly fix the problem of my phone continuously disconnecting and reconnecting to my car. The new radio didn't fix the problem and I had to sit in the waiting room for over 3 hours while they replaced it. I was told that they would try to get me a loaner and get my car back in to fix the Bluetooth and haven't heard from anyone since. Gary has been nice though.

Quite bizzare. I contacted the dealership and let them know I was interested in a specific vehicle. I had the funds and everything that is needed to purchase. Spoke with several people and never heard back. A week went by and now the car I wanted was sold.

I took it for a recall service and they reprogrammed the transmission. As I was leaving the dealership, the transmission began to fail. I took it back to have it fixed, and they told me I had to pay. They were the ones who made the error in reproducing the transmission, and they told me I had to pay.
