Lack of communication. ad my car for over 2 weeks. When I got my car back, the glove box, console and under seat storage had been rifled through. The excuse I was given is that the service tech was looking for a wheel lock. That does not excuse things being misplaced and those places being left things being left open.

It was terrible. I checked out one car, but I think I was sold a different car and then when I get in the different card, the different car has a rip the remote. Star doesn't work. The spare tire was not in there. I actually had to come back for a new battery because the battery failed to work. I was left stuck at work.

Had a great service experience at Reliable Chevrolet getting the Zaktek reapplication on my now 6 month old truck. Pleasantly surprised that they also thouroughly cleaned the inside of the truck as well. They offered to take me back to work but worked remotely from their lobby area which had good wifi coverage. Definitely recommend Reliable Chevrolet service team.

Didn't happen. I arrived for my appointment on time and waited in showroom for 2 HOURS with no communication from service manager. I went to service to get status. I was informed they hadn't even moved the vehicle into service bays and it would probably be another 45 minutes. This was for an oil change! So I had them bring my vehicle up and left. Not a SEWELL customer service experience

I had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change. I checked in a few minutes early and did not receive my car until 12:20 pm. This is totally unacceptable. I'm sure the actual oil change was fine. Therefore, I rated you two stars instead of one. I do not plan to return to Reliable Chevrolet for an oil change.
