I expect the car to be washed and cleaned after the servicing of the car is done. This is minimum expectation of getting service done from a GMC dealer. Also very surprised that you charge extra for payments in Credit Card / Debit Card. Not sure who carries cash with them all the time. Need to consider for better customer experience.

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, replace driver side mirror. They never rotated my tires when replacing my mirror broke driver side door panel and said they were going to replace it. It's been over two weeks and they are giving me the runaround.

He went above and beyond to secure a loaner vehicle for me ahead of schedule, expedited the arrival of a back-ordered part, and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process.

The service team accommodated me when I dropped off my car without an appointment. I was able to leave the car for the day and they got back to me quickly with a quote for the needed repairs, all done the following day. Communication was great. One additional part needed to be ordered and I'll stop back in when the part is available for the remaining repair. Fred and his service team are always professional and responsive.

Didn't like long wait time. Parking at the facility was an issue. Not enough seating to accommodate customers. They a thorough analysis of my recently purchased 2018 GMC Sierra (165k miles). They identified areas of concern and provided pricing to fix.

Had a 10:15 appointment and was told it would take about an hour and a half. Didn't complete the job until 1:45. I was unable to get status while I waited. Granted, it was New Year's Eve, but don't give me an appointment on that date and at that time if you cannot make your commitments. It was not an emergency type of service.

It was very dissatisfying, I had an appointment set up for 10 am, then it was 1 pm and the service for my car was not even started, I called them to follow up and I was on the phone on hold for over 15 minutes! I picked up my car and will never bring it to them anymore!
