Came in with blinking check engine light. We were from out of town at a college recruiting showcase for my daughter. They got me in quickly diagnosed that there was a fouled spark plug and replaced it and had us back on the road in less than 90 minutes which got us back to the showcase in time for her next game. Very thankful for the service and support.

I expect the car to be washed and cleaned after the servicing of the car is done. This is minimum expectation of getting service done from a GMC dealer. Also very surprised that you charge extra for payments in Credit Card / Debit Card. Not sure who carries cash with them all the time. Need to consider for better customer experience.

I was able to get an appointment the same day for an oil change. Advisors were courteous and helpful. Got no report from the 27 points inspection. Don't know if I was supposed to or not. Coffee machine wasn't bad either.
