Smooth process to schedule, but the shop never seems busy and yet the car has to stay multiple days at a time. Minimal communication is given to the client and the gist day I drove back to get the car, it wasn't properly fixed so I ended up having to leave it and come back another day.

The story is very long to tell but just key works like lack of knowledge cause unnecessary uber rides, couldn't find the issue and charge for unnecessary parts and make excuse to not cover by warranty are main reasons for this review. I was always jeep driver but with this Grand Cherokee 4xe and lots of problems and bad services from the dealer I will not back to jeep anymore after my lease done. So disappointed

I just walk in without appointment but Jordan took my jeep put in the shop and starting to safety inspection then John took over continue working on oil change and carwash, check the engine etc. no charge for fee too. I feel like I'm family of jeep dealer. That was great.

Emily,John Duong were great! I have the extended warranty my vehicle is a 21 Ram 2500 everything was warranty 61,000 miles John recommended my differentials and transfer case flushed it was due of course I had to pay for that I didn't mind again thanks.

Good service overall. Oil and filter change were done properly and everything with the car was fine. One star less because I was told someone would contact me around noon, but when I came in at 4 p.m., they still had to check whether the car was ready, even though it had been finished for quite some time.

I live in DC, so it takes me an hour to get to your dealership to use their services. I know I pass many other Jeep dealerships that I could take my car to them for servicing, but it's because of the Fair Oaks Chantilly service department staff that I do the drive. They take ownership of my issue and work hard to resolve it to my satisfaction.

I had some trouble scheduling the appointment as I called twice over a few weeks to see if recall parts were in but never received a response. On the 3rd call, Service was able to confirm parts had arrived so I scheduled an appointment and the routine maintenance and minor recall work were completed the same day. Tyler kept me informed and washed my Jeep when work was completed which was appreciated.
