AJ responded within a couple of minutes of my email. Because of the distance Id be traveling, he shot a detailed close up video of the vehicle and pointed out any flaw that was noticeable. Started the engine and viewed the motor acceleration and all. Once I got there they were waiting for me and within a timely manner on was in my way home with my vehicle. Excellent job

The guy argued with me then lied to me about the price of the car. When I called him out on it he blamed the manager, but then I find out later HE IS THE MANAGER. Then I see a week later the car didnt get sold and he lowered the price by 2k. Kelley bluebook had the car at around 19-20k. They were asking 29k. He tells me they dont use blue book bit then couldnt tell me what source they got the value from. After reading their reviews this seems to be a common practice there. Screwing people for tend of thousands over value. This guy should be arrested for fraud and the dealership shutdown for fraudulent business practices.

Unfriendly. No one comes out when you are looking at the car. When you ask about it they seem uninterested on really making the sale. I don't mean they aren't helpful, they seem like they are not motivated or don't care if you buy the vehicle or not. When trying to buy a car I was left alone nearly the entire time. I filled out paperwork and the salesman disappeared until an answer was made on the loan. Which took at least 1 hour. There was no conversation, no chit chat, no nothing. I would not recommend

We agree that inflation and prices are out of control. Every store in the country is dealing with price increases from groceries to chicken coops. We are paying much more for cars then we ever used too. This is the same for every retail store across the country. Everyone can tell you the prices have gone up but the profit margins have come down.
We are doing our best to keep things affordable and keep product on our lot. Unfortunately this is were we are now, hopefully things get better soon.
I hope you can find some kindness and remove this inflammatory review. It not only effects Auto Showcase but all the employees and their families.
