“I was on a road trip and had stopped in Albany for the night. It was in the morning when I noticed my tire was flat. After trying to inflate it, I went into the Auto Care Centre. The men there were so helpful and kind. They recognized that I was not from there and time was of the essence. They immediately looked at it, assessed the issue, and had it fixed within an hour. They were honest, and did not try to get me to upsell me. In fact, they even knocked off the replacement fee. While I hope not to see them again, they are amazing!”
