It was a good experience. My car got new tires & an alignment. They kept me updated on the service. They assisted in getting me a ride back to the dealership to pick up my car. I would suggest they discuss an alignment when getting new tires. I had to remind them to check & perform that service. They are friendly & courteous. I highly recommend DeNooyer and their staff!

My last two visits were not good the people are friendly but said my brakes were good I had a local garage look and two rotors were bad my last visit had they recall oil change and tire rotation and left the shop with 3 tires full of air. And one extremely low never bothered to put air in it.

Everything went well. I usually have Don Lasher do all my services on my vehicle for decades and this time he wasn't available, so I understand. I was in the car/truck service for 48 years.Being I had an appointment, it's usually pre planned for technician request. I met the tech that did my service and I was satisfied for the most part.

Done on time but bill did not include 10% discount service guy said he would apply based on coupons that I had forgot to b ring with me. Also was charged full price for state inspection even though I didn't get passed for sticker. Very expensive considering amount of work done.

because no one else has every changed oil in truck, the last time they changed oil the plug was installed so tightly that when trying to remove it latterly loosened the oil pan making it leak. Then they insisted it wasn't them yet the truck was never serviced anywhere else. They wanted to charge me around 2000 to make the repair.

Liked that they had cable, in waiting area, instead of ads & commercials about Chevrolet. Although I was occupied with my phone, it was nice with cable. Greeted by advisor, when I arrived, had all my details and explained what was to be done. A little over an hour & 1/2, my car was ready. Advisor reviewed all that was done, and I was on my way, after cashier. Coffee was good while waiting, and there bagels, if hungry. Great job.

i Purchased a 2024 Equinox , with the Oil change Package. So Far you guys Have tried to charge HER Twice for this service. ?? it was discovered that the Vehicle was incorrectly entered into the system . This was resolved. but last week you Guys tried to Charge Her Again. How do you plan to Resolve this Issue? I am GM Retired, If you treat "FAMILY " like this , How about the regular Customers??

I dropped my vehicle off at 8:15ish for an oil change. My appoimentment was ot until 1:30 but I was contacted around 11:30 and told it was ready. I was able to pick it up at lunch which was very convenient. I was however disappointed at the fact that greasy oily hands all over my driver's door panel.

Happy I asked to have the domestic battery replaced (2 yrs old). Service writer indicated the battery should be good for at least 2-3 more years. But upon checking the battery status, discovered that it did indeed need replacement. Happy I asked; happy the service writer followed up by checking even though he felt there should have been more "life" in it. Now I feel confident I won't be stranded on the road during winter!

Just stopped to make an appointment for the next day and they asked me if I was available at that time. I said Yes, and they took em to the waiting room and last than 2 hours my car was ready. They did 15,000 miles check out + filter, air conditioner. Amazing service! I was lucky stop at this dealer . I really recommend Denooyer and probably I will check new car to buy with them next year .

Dwane quickly took my truck in with a temperature regulating issue despite booking 3 weeks out. He diagnosed the issue by pulling codes before leaving that day.... thermostat or engine temp sensor. Thermostat was replaced and truck returned to me the next day. Dwane also provided a Lyft to the airport free of charge.
