“We took our car in for an oil change and another problem we had with the windshield washer system not pumping water onto the windshield. He thought it was possible a pump that needed to be replaced with a cost of approximately $300. We agreed and he put the new pump in. It didn't fix the problem. He did diagnostics and it turned into a $1500 problem. He called us, explained the actual problem and cost. He answered all our questions and let us decide what se wanted to do, absolutely no pressure. We decided against the repair since it was a relatively minor issue for us. He agreed, put the old pump back in and only charged us for the diagnostic work he had to do. He earned my trust with how he treated us through the whole affair as well as his honesty. It took him one day to accomplish this.”
