Never told me when it was complete, freezing cold waiting area. Took an hour and a half for a simple oil change with appointment, sat over an hour extra (almost 3 hours total!) because they couldn't be bothered to let me know it was done. Said they'd send a text but never did.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised with how great everything went. All I've heard were horror stories from people having their vehicle serviced here so I was hesitant to see the least. They were able to get me in same day for an oil change and they under promised and over delivered. The price ended up being cheaper by about $10 and it was done 15 minutes earlier than I was told. Nice job guys!

The technician that checked in my car was not completely honest with me or didn't know the answer to my questions. The technician that checked me out was friendly & did his best to help me. Long story short I ended up having to pay $120 for a new tire plus everything to install it etcetera, when it likely could've just been $18 to patch the tire. Ridiculous!

I had a nail in my tire. So I wanted 2 new tires and an oil change right after Christmas. They were busy , but still took their time and I didn't have to wait too long. I am going back tomorrow so they can torque the lug nuts after 50 miles of driving. Their request.

They were the only place in the Toledo area (on my way from to NY on i80E) that were open on a Sunday morning at 8am. My car needed an oil change on the way. They did a pretty good job and checked everything was correct and gave me a green signal to continue my journey! Very nice people who seem knowledgeable.
