“We had a great experience with the East Peoria Walmart Auto Center, and I highly recommend them. I originally had an online appointment at the Morton Walmart, but they turned me away. I only needed one new tire because the opposite tire had been replaced by Walmart three weeks earlier. The female clerk at the Morton location told me they "do not put ONE tire on allwheeldrive vehicles," which was surprising since Walmart had just done exactly that for me weeks before. The store had no customers, several employees standing around, and still refused to help. It was extremely frustrating, especially because I was driving on a spare and needed service quickly. Thankfully, we drove to the East Peoria location. I explained that I needed one new tire, and the associate there took my number and had the work completed within 45 minutes. Professional, efficient, and helpful the complete opposite experience. I truly appreciate the East Peoria team for turning a stressful situation into a positive one.”
