Came in to get car looked at- it's jerks and drives rough and idles rough- shop said nothing but asked if it was when the start-stop was activated but it's doing it when it's on or off. Also had my fan looked at the are going to replace it but still no reasoning why my car is doing what it's doing.

Everyone is always very friendly. Service is good. Only problem is that you can't get in touch with someone when you call the phone #. Left 3 messages and never heard back. Had to schedule online, but wasn't easy to get a specific service that was needed. However, I did talked to the service person when I was there and he gave me a # to text, so hopefully next time it will be easier to schedule something.

We are trying to determine what to do about the (noisy) clutch pack in the transfer case which has become quite annoying on sharp powered turns. Nick is a great communicator but the suggestion to pay $4550 to replace this unit seems excessive. Problem is not solved but between Nick & myself, I'm confidant that we'll come up with a resolution.

They have incorrect operations hours listed on Google which lead to me driving 45 minutes to this shop only to find it closed.

The service portion was good; they detailed the car inside and out! On the other hand, the inspection could've been better. The front wheels were out of alignment and the car had three tires from one maker and one tire from another. This setup could've damaged the Quattro system on this car and I wasn't informed about this. I feel this should have been brought to my attention after the "inspection".

Great service advisor, but have to watch on the math...I had taken my care in several months before for the same thing they finally fixed. I was charged a diag fee. They finally found the problem and wanted to charge a 2nd diag fee. I refused and they complied...however, should I have to pay a diag fee for warranty work that they missed to begin with? Maybe or maybe not...for that $195 I will find out.

It took over five weeks to fully diagnose and repair the problem with the transmission control. The technician at the dealership was excellent but the needed backup from Mercedes engineering was poor. Mercedes failed to provide adequate diagnostics and prolonged the process in my view.
