Utilizing this service center for a couple of years, no problem with customer service, quick and friendly, efficient shuttle to go elsewhere if you choose not to wait. Yesterday, the service center was busy, and the wait area was packed.
One small notice, not an issue, initially it was not intuitively and obviously clear to locate their Service and Tire Center. However, I do recommend McCord's Service and Tire Center.

I received a text message with the price for my original service reason plus two suggested services. I declined the two suggestions and approved the one scheduled service. This text came late in the afternoon, and I thought it would be another two hours before the work was done but I received a phone call about 30 minutes later that the job was complete.

I took my car in for diagnostic, had two codes that came up plus 2 others that were not implemented. I put in the app to fix all, they dud not fix important ones lights maintenance required soon came back on after supposedly fixed plus tire light. Had to go back down and the first light was reset but tire light came on again next day. I work 11 hours a day I do not have time to play games with Toyota.

Took this in for a "Map not loading - contact dealer" that came up on the InfroTainment screen. I found that if you just rub a little on the SD slot door the system worked. I told the service personal this at each visit (took 4 visits to get the SD card even looked at. They really don't listen to their customers.

Took 4 tries to find out that the SD card in the GPS was bad. Even though I was telling the service personal that in order to get the system to work I had to push on the SD slot door every time we used the vehicle. Even after the 1st visit (a SW update) I just shook my head and said - "That isn't doing anything to the SD interface.

They didn't do what they said they did on the after service paperwork, except for the oil change. They "didn't": rotate my tires, vacuum the floor boards, reset the maint. required light and they put my air filter back in with leaves and pine needles in it. Let's hope they even did the oil change correctly.

I have always said that the younger staff there are not friendly or polite, I and many of my coworkers who go there for service feel the same way. They take no pride in being courteous to customers. I do believe it is just an age thing. Training and being held accountable would help

Went here to get oil changed and tire rotated on my 2016 RAV 4. Found a couple of things that needed taken care of. So had the cabin air filter taken care of and will be getting my battery replaced after Thanksgiving. Great service as expected and as usual.
