Asked not to move driver's seat. It was shoved all of the way forward. Did not secure floor mats. Did not provide oil change sticker. Did not note online that the tires WERE actually rotated. Did replace windshield wipers at my request as they were 4 years old and original. Did NOT check my spare tire as directed, after telling them trunk was empty.

Overall it was good, but the service results sheet indicated that window washer fluid was checked and ok - the next rainy day I used the window washer and ran out of fluid in a couple seconds - I ended up filling the reservoir myself, and am now wondering what other fluids weren't actually checked.

Even with a scheduled appointment I had to wait over 20 minutes before they checked me in to start the service. Now you tell me that a service wasn't done when you had in the shop and could've taken care of it then! Vancouver AND Carfax needs to "get it together'! You're about to lose this customer!!!!!

I was quoted one price for service, while car was in shop told it would be an additional $600. They wanted to add services they told me were standard that were not mentioned in the Owner's Manual. Also their salesman lied about legal limit for tire tread. Will not go back.

I wasn't close to the dealership (6 hour drive 1 way) so everything had to be decided by email. Quoted a great trade in value beyond my expectations. Was actually apprehensive I'd get to the dealership would lower it. They didn't and it was a very smooth transaction. I an beyond pleased and would highly recommend Vancouver Toyota. Bob was my salesperson and answered things I didn't know to ask.

The service was very good. Only one minor thing to mention. I was called at home to say that my car repair was finished and it was waiting for me. My wife dropped me off and it took 25 minutes to check out and get the car. It had been a lot quicker on other visits.

The only complaint I have is that there seems to be lack of communication with the mechanic and customer. Would have appreciated more communication in letting me know status of my car repair project. And having my calls returned more promptly. When I could not get much information by phone I came to customer service and found the mechanic at that point to be very courteous and informative.

Wasnt bad service but it seemed a bit disorganized. Also, whoever worked in my car looked for my tire lock and tore my glovebox up and the back area where my spare tire was. That was a little surprising considering i let them know I didnt need my tires rotated because they were just done at Americas Tires. They could have simply asked me for the tire lock.

This was my first time at McCords Vancouver Toyota. The staff here was excellent. They were able to schedule me in for my Entune/CarPlay upgrade on the day I called in. Not only was I in and out in less than 2 hours, they were generous enough to do the upgrade free of charge. I will definitely be returning to them every few months for my check up and service.

The receipt states that the front carpet was vacuumed, however it was not. In addition, there were four car wash stamps but the car was not washed. It would be better business tact to not state something is done when in fact it is not. In the future, I will more than likely question the statements made on the invoice.

Toyota Vancouver... I was heartened that Toyota, Vancouver would pick up and return my car. I had resisted servicing my car because of Covid 19. I was glad that Toyota washed off my car before returning it...this, after I asked them to do it. I was told that Toyota "always" vacuums the front carpet...this was not done.

Returned home with a missing hubcap immediately after a tire rotation. The manager said "we'll review our cameras" as though its our fault or we are pulling a fast one. No apology or reassurance. I was quite surprised since we bought the car there. We still haven't heard back from them, and its been two days since our service.

The sales guy that helped wasnt very helpful with answering my questions. I also didnt like the fact that living from another state I had to take my car to deq and drive back to the dealer was such a hassle. Sure they make the purchase seamless but like any other dealer they need that car sale.

Can't find a burned out lightbulb neither. Good tire advice. Didnt try to sell me extra stuff when i had a more pressing problem. Busy, 2 and 1/2 hour wait no light bulb, but did get oil changed. Think I will pay a game " how many dealerships does it take to change a lightbulb"
